Our policies cover your public, treatment, and products liability as standard and can be extended to include cover for your kit and equipment for any accidental damage or theft too. 

With our self-employed policies you can work from home, on a mobile basis or you can rent a space within a salon. You can also work on all 3 of these bases, for example one day at home and one day in a salon with mobile work in between - the one policy will cover you. 

Changing the way you trade? You don’t need to cancel your policy and purchase a different policy if you see an opportunity to change the way you trade further down the line. If you work on a mobile basis and a salon owner offers you a room to rent, the policy you took out to cover you as a mobile therapist will still cover you. 

Starting with minimal equipment? If you don’t have a lot of equipment at the outset of your journey you don’t have to pay for this additional cover. You can add cover for your kit and equipment at any time. This is added on a pro rata basis so you will still only have one policy and one renewal date.

Want to train in something else? If you take out a policy with us to cover for example lash treatments and then decide to enrol on further face to face training for brows, the one policy with us will still cover you. Providing your training meets our requirements, as our policies provide cover for over 200 treatments as standard, you won’t need to take out another policy to cover the new standard treatments you may wish to train in. If you aren’t sure if we cover the treatment as standard, please call us and one of our team will be happy to assist.

Need training insurance? Our self-employed policies cover you when you need to complete case studies to gain any new face to face qualification. So, if you decide to do any further training for standard treatments then you don’t need another policy to cover you for this.
