Winter lips

It seems to be the go-to answer for most things in life but… Drink plenty of water!! Drinking lots of water keeps your body hydrated and helps maintain the elasticity of your skin which includes your lips!

Exfoliate
It’s a great idea to use a lip scrub around once a week, sometimes more if you really need it or less if you don’t. However, it’s important to not overdo it as your lips need time to recover after each scrub. You wouldn’t have an exfoliating facial two days in a row, right? Lip scrubs really help to fight the dryness and prevent any potential flaking.
Moisturise and hydrate
A good balm is essential in eliminating chapped lips and dryness. Look for something with hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid, moisturising ingredients like cocoa butter, and then beeswax to seal all that goodness in.
